This special model enters a different realm from the 23 Vanquish. As the name Competition Edition suggests, it has been refined for anglers who want to bring out their full potential, including area trout and bass tournament anglers.
The development concept focuses on overwhelming winding sensitivity. By reducing part of the waterproof performance found in the 23 Vanquish, Shimano pursued lower rotational torque, creating an exceptionally light winding feel with enhanced sensitivity and response.
The direct operation and information transfer are so precise that the reel almost disappears from your awareness, delivering a smooth and highly responsive fishing experience.
The lineup includes 8 models ranging from size 1000 to 2500. While inheriting core technologies from the 23 Vanquish, such as Infinity Cross and Infinity Drive, this model is tuned with a strong focus on winding sensitivity to support tournament anglers and dedicated core anglers.
