This product is the 38-kT lantern only, without a rechargeable battery included.

Please note: the battery is not included.

The compatible rechargeable battery is an 18650 lithium-ion battery. Please use a flat-head 18650 battery without a protruding button top, and without a protection circuit.

The product name is “38灯” MIYABI.
Its English name is “38-kT” — the “kT” is designed to resemble the Japanese character 灯, meaning “light.”

The light source is designed to be less directly visible, so even at the same lumen rating, it may feel slightly dimmer compared with lanterns where the light source is visible. This also makes it more comfortable for regular use, without feeling overly bright or dazzling.

This product is not designed to withstand submersion or water pressure.

Switch
The switch uses a touch sensor, allowing the lantern to be turned on easily even in the dark.

The lighting sequence is simple:
Low → High → Off

The key point is that the lantern turns on from Low mode first. Even when turned on at night, it will not suddenly feel glaringly bright.

Stepless dimming is also possible by pressing and holding from Low mode.

Flashing and SOS modes are not included. Those functions are left to other lanterns.

The charging indicator is located next to the Type-C port and is designed so that it is not visible during use.

Although rare these days, this lantern is designed to be disassembled. In the future, the globe may be replaceable or customizable.

In High mode, the lantern provides approximately 9 hours of lighting.

When the battery level becomes low, the battery protection mode activates and the light switches to a very low output. Please recharge the battery when this happens.

The top and bottom of the body are equipped with U1/4 camera screw mounts. This allows the lantern to be attached to tripods, ZEROPOD38, and other camera accessories.

Depending on your ideas, there are many different ways to enjoy using it.
