VERMICULAR - Musui (Made in Japan)

The Musui enameled cast iron pot features our signature precision seal, meticulously hand-machined to fit at less than 0.01 mm of variance. This precision seal locks in moisture and nutrients while condensing the natural flavors of your ingredients.

The Musui can be used on any type of stoves and is oven-safe up to 570°F (300ºC).

Elevated Cooking: If you enjoy cooking with our Musui, pair it with the Kamado induction stove to easily add precision cooking and rice cooking to your kitchen repertoire.

To achieve our signature precision seal, the contact area of the pot and lid is not enamel-coated and can potentially rust. To avoid rust, make sure the rims are dried thoroughly immediately after washing. If you see rust, clean off with mild dish soap.
