Shipping & Customs Notice
All orders are shipped from Japan. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.
We offer Economy Sea Shipping and EMS Shipping for selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery time:
- International Air Packet (Air Mail): Available for packages up to 2 kg. Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–20 business days, depending on the destination.
- Economy Sea Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–10 weeks, depending on the destination.
- EMS Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
- Domestic Shipping within Japan: Standard delivery is available. Free shipping applies to orders of ¥7,700 or more.
Please note that international shipping fees only cover transportation costs from Japan. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, clearance fees, or carrier handling fees may be charged after the package arrives in your country. These fees are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or logistics delays.
Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever available.
