Shipping & Customs Notice
All orders are shipped from Japan. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight, and shipping method.
Estimated delivery time:
- International Air Packet (Air Mail): Available for packages up to 2 kg. Estimated delivery time is approximately 4–20 business days, depending on the destination.
- Economy Sea Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 2–10 weeks, depending on the destination.
- EMS Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is approximately 5–15 business days, depending on the destination.
- Domestic Shipping within Japan: Standard delivery is available. Free shipping applies to orders of ¥7,700 or more.
Available shipping methods may vary by destination, package size, weight, and product.
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays. Tracking information will be provided after shipment whenever available.
For international orders, customs duties and taxes are handled according to the destination country. U.S. orders valued at US$2,500 or less are shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, with applicable import duties prepaid before shipment. U.S. orders over US$2,500 may require separate customs clearance arrangements. Orders to all other countries may be subject to import duties, VAT/GST, customs clearance fees, or other charges payable by the recipient.
