Refund policy
Unused, unopened, and unmodified products are eligible for return and refund within 10 days after receipt.
Returns requested outside of the 10-day period will not be accepted.
To request a return or refund, please contact Sakura Select in advance with your order information and reason for return.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returned goods unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed product defect.
Sakura Select is not responsible for returned items that are damaged or lost during return transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once the returned goods are received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Products that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or are not in their original condition may not be eligible for refund.
Exchange service for unused products of equal or lesser value is generally not offered unless otherwise approved by Sakura Select.
Any product that develops issues due to a manufacturing defect after the 10-day return period may, at the discretion of Sakura Select, be repaired, replaced, or otherwise handled appropriately.
