The Sori Yanagi Saucepan is carefully made of three-layer alloy. The 18-8 stainless steel is strongly resistant to corrosion, 18-Ti stainless steel makes this pan IH compatible, and aluminum is placed between both steels for excellent thermal-conductivity.

The sauce pan is designed to distribute the heat equally. As a result, it prevents the ingredients inside from sticking on the bottom part of the pan.
