Born about half a century ago, the Cooktop series is a line of iron cookware with a craft-inspired design that feels simple yet strong in character.
The 24 cm size is a standard, easy-to-use size, and the shallow shape is practical enough for everyday cooking. It works well for carefully prepared dishes such as stewed hamburg steak, paella, sake-steamed seafood, and cakes, as well as quick stir-fried dishes.
Cooking with the iron lid, which features steam holes, is especially recommended for “bake-and-steam” style cooking.
The wide, shallow shape makes it easy to arrange ingredients and serve portions. You can also bring the dish directly to the table, where it works beautifully as serving tableware.
