S110M/MH+ Features:

Designed specifically for drift fishing in the surf, this model takes advantage of tidal currents to present lures naturally. Shimano’s proprietary Softube Top, which offers flexibility comparable to a solid tip, provides stable and precise lure control.

Based on the highly regarded 2021 NESSA XR S110M/MH, the rod has been shortened by 2 inches (approx. 5 cm) to reduce tip-heavy fatigue during lure operation. At the same time, the blank retains a crisp, responsive feel that allows for smooth and sharp casting.

The flexible tip particularly excels in drift fishing and working sinking pencils, providing excellent control and responsiveness in changing surf conditions.
