Inspired by the 400-year tradition of Takaoka metal casting, NOUSAKU developed this kit to bring the experience of Japanese metal craftsmanship into the home. Simply place the included plastic support cup inside the tumbler, then hammer from the center of the base outward and from the bottom of the sides toward the rim to create your own original pattern.
Because 100% pure tin is naturally soft, the hammered texture can be created without excessive force, making the experience approachable and enjoyable for a wide range of users.
