Seien expands the possibilities of campfire cooking by using far-infrared heat to concentrate the natural flavor of ingredients. With this item, you can enjoy genshiyaki, a traditional Japanese primitive grilling method, using the Takibi Fire & Grill L.

Genshiyaki and irori-style cooking are traditional methods often used in Japanese restaurants, mainly with charcoal as the heat source. Seien was developed so that campers can enjoy the fun of this cooking style outdoors.

The key feature of this method is that ingredients are skewered and slowly grilled using far-infrared heat. Excess fat and moisture drip away, concentrating the natural umami of fish and meat and making them exceptionally delicious.

The angle of the skewers can be adjusted, allowing you to switch between cooking and keeping food warm. The skewers can also be turned upside down to reduce uneven cooking, showing careful attention to detail.

One of the greatest appeals of this product is that you can enjoy carefully prepared cooking while also appreciating the flames of the campfire — one of the true pleasures of camping.

Please note:
This product is an optional accessory designed exclusively for the Takibi Fire & Grill L models ST-032R and ST-032RS.

Depending on the condition of your Takibi Fire & Grill L, such as deformation caused by long-term use or rapid cooling, the fire pit panels may be warped, and the Seien may not be safely attached.

Before purchasing, please check the degree of distortion on your Takibi Fire & Grill L.

As a guideline, if the opening cannot be closed when the Takibi Fire & Grill L is folded and remains open by 3 cm or more, it may be too deformed for safe use. If you are unsure, please contact customer service.

Storage

The Seien main unit can be stored in the separately sold ST-032BR Takibi Fire & Grill Complete Storage Case L.

Please note that the Complete Storage Case L can store only the Takibi Fire & Grill L main unit and the Seien main unit.

The skewer stand can be disassembled and stacked by individual parts for storage.
